As the title says. I was logged out on pc few days ago and trying to log back in since, but email is never coming. Please look into it. Need access from pc. I'm still logged in on mobile browser but I fear 30 days will be over soon and then if problem remains I'll be logged out totally. Further, is there any way to log in without having the code coming on email? Let me know.

Yes, email is not coming from a few days. I tried one backup code to log in and it worked. Now, a few other remains.
Setup 2FA using app such as Authy to have your codes even offline.
I had saved the backup codes but if someone is totally relying on email then is there any solution ?

It's a bad idea in general to rely on 2FA codes over Email or SMS. You're dependent on the infrastructure setup by the websites, services of Email provider as well as your internet connectivity.
Every 2FA option comes with its pros and cons. Email and SMS was good initially when 2FA was introduced, there are better and more reliable options now.

Imagine having an Email with 2FA enabled. Where do you get the code for that? On SMS? Do you really wanna be dependent on your Mobile service signals and provider's overall SMS delivery system to get into your Email?
Move on from such authentication methods.

Also, backup codes are for when you lose your 2FA code generating device, for emergency use case.

My default Two-step verification is set to - Enabled (Email confirmation, Backup codes)

I am logged in currently - but its using a TE Backup Code. This is not my preferred option. I prefer Email Confirmation.

I logged in a few days ago (after quite a while) and requested a Password Reset. The link for the same came promptly and I changed my password and logged in.

Since this time, every time I try to login, I enter the user/pass (which is accepted) and am told a code has been sent to my Email address. Nothing arrives so I cant login using this method.

I even tried to do another password reset. Same issue. The Link that normally arrives for that doesnt reach either. (nothing in my bulk mail folder either)

I also used the "Contact Us" feature on TE and emailed regarding this issue a couple of days ago. Not sure if that email reached its intended recipient but I have recd. no reply.

If I enter the "Two-step verification" option, I can see that "Email Confirmation" is Enabled (since it allows me to Disable it).

It further states -
"This device is currently trusted until Feb 25, 2023. You will not need to complete two-step verification from this device until then. You may choose to stop trusting this device so that you will be prompted to complete two-step verification when you next log in."

However this does not work and I am asked for the verification code even if I logout and login within the stated period.

Could an Admin please look into it?

I will continue to use the TE Backup codes for now...

TIA
Just saw another similar thread. Sorry about that.

Guess I am not alone.

The offline authy thing you mean?

How would you use that for payments
Nobody talked about payments bro. Banks have not adopted 2FA apps just yet and any payment authorization is done via Email/SMS OTPs.
@enthusiast29, I mean, how to do that ? How to setup offline authentication for techenclave or other sites ?
Authentication is not offline. The 2FA code generation app will work offline. This means that whenever a website asks you for your 2FA token/code after entering your password, you can go into your mobile app such as Authy and provide the code from there.
Change it here: https://techenclave.com/account/security
