Looking for a tiny PC for basic usage. Nothing fancy , should be able to run a browser and a media player. That's it.
Don't need SSD / HDD. Budget is lower side around 5k.
 
If you don't mind me asking, any reason for such a low budget?
Usage case is like this - This tiny PC will be present in my Kolkata home. I will take this PC on Anydesk from Delhi to show some web pages to my mom. She is not that techie and I will have to do some stuffs on her behalf. But even this will be only in rare cases.

That's why don't want to invest too much on it. I already have spare monitor , mouse +KB, WiFi dongle etc etc.

Wait for some more, Pi 4b prices are coming down.
Don't want to buy a Pi. I will prefer something which can actually run on windows.
