I'm looking for laptop for work related stuff in price range of 20k -25k, nothing high specs but decent to keep going for 4-5 years, expected specs like ryzen 2nd gen and above with radeon/ nvidia 1000 series and above with atleast 1TB SSD. wont mind even if windows and office is not licensed.

I don't think your price bracket will meet for 4-5yrs work load. You need to increase your budget if you want to keep it for long term.
