So, today I found that the forum software seems upgraded with a default black theme.

Can mods list down the changes and features we can find in the new software something like a change-log.

Also, I'm a huge fan of the good old dark theme, can that be integrated in the new software and we can have dark/light/ the old below mentioned one!
Its pleasing to the eyes and hence the request.

+1 for the old dark mode. I felt that the earlier one was much better on tne eyes. Or maybe placebo!!
Nevertheless, the site feels more snappier than what it was earlier.

im the non-dark theme user.
The white theme also looks weird. Earlier, it was soothing to the eyes, but now the pure white background and text are very sharp. It's hurting my eyes. The small text is too small to read, and the large text is too big. I'm not able to recall exact changes, but the white theme, now is all over the place.
It looks like all the parts have been assembled from various websites through cut-and-paste, with no coherent theme. random colour appearing at random place.. like a huge light blue bottom-border while editing this text box.

@Renegade by any chance we can get the old classic themes ?

This Black theme is not vibrant, the last theme was much better in my opinion.
the bookmark icon is also getting blended with the chrome black profile and is not visible properly.

Earlier when we used to hover over a username the last online state and a short bio in brief would show but its not showing anymore.
Is this broken or not a feature of the new software.
 
Yeah now there are more advertisements (and more annoying) all over the website :confused: is it just me?

It just results in me drastically reducing my visits to such sites (like another tech site, facebook, linkedin etc) unless anyone has any suggestions to reduce or eliminate the ads without hurting the forum's earnings?
