Forum Feedback Upcoming changes in user ladder titles

The titles without words lack meaning and therefore not relatable. We can have a solution that satisfies both. The titles will remain the letters from A to Z, but can be expanded. Where we have a space crunch, like in mobile view, we can just retain the first letter. On web, we can keep the full expanded form.
To add to this, maybe staff can add some sort of distinction to certain members titles based on their contributions (aka mods personally decide based on quality of their posts instead of likes received) to further distinguish them like someone frequently posting good deals in deals sections or helping ppl in general with deals & having level G for 'graduate' can be added "certified" to make the title 'certified graduate' to distinguish from other G level members. I also suggest limiting this to max 5 members per level with min level being G & min acc age being at least 5 years old.

I can understand what you, Party Monger and others are feeling. The titles without words lack meaning and therefore not relatable. We can have a solution that satisfies both. F for Follower... F that. :arghh:
Even lower tiers like Discoverer and Explorer sound much cooler.

Tried ChatGPT and Claude but even they could not find better names. Best they could come up with were:
Finder, Forgekeeper, Forethinker

Though even Claude agreed with me that "Follower" seems a bit passive compared to other titles.
Maybe I just need to "Graduate" so I can stop caring about this, lol.

Agreed, Follower seems a significant downgrade and a snide remark compared to Discover and Explorer.

Well where were you when I had posted the list. It was posted so that people can comment and suggest if any changes. Since it is newly implemented, it is fluid and has scope for change within this week. Suggest alternatives for F and others.

I would say Finder or Forerunner sounds better. Similarly we can rename Helper to Harbinger/Herald

Forerunner is a synonym of Harbinger, so rather than a ladder, this sounds like monkey bars.

If Forerunner is here to stay, then H can be something like Hero in the sense of being admired for doing something good.

Its the same as earlier and I can look it up but no point coz by this weekend that section would be eliminated. It was an experiment on popular demand and it didnt really take off.
I actually like it. Good niche imo. I assume others aren't aware or simply don't care due to lack of new items/threads for sale. It's like a free VIP lounge.
@Renegade boss change colors too please. Start from White, Grey, Dark Grey, Red, Green, Blue (RGB), Purple, Black, Platinum/Adamantium/Vibranium, Gold.
