It may be a placeholder and may not even be in stock. But I never even heard of that site.
I would stick to official resellers.

No, it's not illegal to sell above MSRP. But MSRP only exists in the US, India has MRP.

For action to be taken, someone needs to file an FIR. In this case, if the product was out of stock, the store wasn't really selling it at that price. So there's no case.

not sure yet man, they got the offline store but last update on google maps image is from 2 years ago. seems it is best to buy in offline f2f if one wants to buy something from there.
