Never order anything expensive especially pc component from flipkart without open box delivery & without thorough checking at the time of delivery.

Reviews are not good for Samsung laptops.

OT - but avoid taking laptops which wont sell here in numbers, getting spares, even batteries is a massive PITA - need to be imported only.

Issues faced with LG Gram, earlier Samsung models. ASUS Zenbook spares are exorbitantly high.

I had ordered Acer predator 32GB RAM from flipkart from this link:

But recieved 2gb ddr3 ram sticks in box with proper acer seals
luckily it was open box delivery.

Update on this, a friend had also ordered the same product, and he also recieved scam product.
It was 1 stick of a different DDR4 memory in the box of a 16×2 acer predator vesta 2.
In both cases, the box and packaging was perfect, with acer seals on both sides of the box. Wonder how whoever is doing this is replacing the sticks, or is it coming from the seller itself.

ok, but he might be buying from one ? Same thing imo, even if he doesn't know it.
I never quite understood why we get so many open box products.
Amazon/FK no longer allows easy returns these days.
