This still doesn't justify the humongous amount of threads that will be created because of this.Well the user can post whatever they want in the thread, just that it would be difficult for buyers to find the items. Easy for buyers that open every thread.
Most threads with multiple items usually have atleast 3-5 items, even for a simple computer a person might have to make like 8-10 threads.
However if thread seem complex we can divide the core marketplace thread in 2 parts.
First consist of only the part where seller can post.
Second is community tab, where everyone can discuss about the thread.
ON default , when opened they will come to the first part.
Seller can move messages from community tab to default tab.
It should be easy to switch between the two tabs.

In recent memory a lot of threads have been ruined because of nonsensical discussion, something has to be done about it.
