whats a fair price to pay for a non warranty/ without box 3080, 6800xt & 3080Ti

This is a waste of money, tbh. It's a rusted blower style card, with likely terrible temps. Pristine 3080s (proper AIBs) have been going for 26- 28k

Looking at the writing on the back of PCB it's also most likely a repaired card.
