Axis Bank log in page does not open

This link isn't opening.
This link open, open it, then - LOGIN - Personal - "Click on" LOGIN - encircled in SS. It opens login details.

Did you go to the log in page? That's where it gets stuck for me. I can open axisbank.com. It shows LOGIN -> Personal [Login]. The actual login page normally opens in another tab but the tab fails to open the page and always times out.
My Axis account is the one I use most often for online transactions and I've been using it almost every day for more than 10 years. When they're going to make a scheduled maintenance, they always send a warning by SMS. They do it in the early hours of the morning - like 3-4 AM - when it will cause the least amount of inconvenience to customers. This is different.
I have a reason for not wanting to clear my browser (Chrome) cache right now. Anyway, it doesn't work with Brave which I never use for banking. Neither does it work with Edge which I never use for anything.

I don't have Axis Bank account. You could try to
1) Restart PC/Laptop and Router.
2) Clear PC and Any other browser cache.
3) if you have installed any script control on browser, then check if you have allowed axis and related scripts in it.
If all above fails, try another computer/ internet connection.
It doesn't make a difference if you have an Axis bank account or not. The problem is that the log in page doesn't open.

I typed the above reply last night plus a detailed rehash of the problem but couldn't post it due to an extended power outage. Anyway, I'd already tried all of your suggestions before starting this thread. Tried again around noon and in the early afternoon today. Tried with different browsers, different computers, my phone and other people's phones. No good. The login page just won't open.
Then the login page became accessible again all by itself at around 3 PM, Apparently a network error on the bank's side. Maybe they accidentally excluded certain IPs.
