My Steam on Windows got hacked and I lose 7750rs.

Unless they have hard evidence of a hack then they pretty much didn't break any rules so that is expected. It is an obvious scam but you can't be banning people without proving it either. I am not gonna act like I read the whole TOS but that seems like a normal outcome to me. Hopefully you can get something out of this or at least figure out how they did it.
Honestly I already gave up investigating this, I did everything before this accident and after this also, I always take care of everything when it comes to security online or offline, shit like this happens no matter how hard you try to secure it. Only thing you can do is learn and move on.

so all this buzz on social media about steam support is just good PR? I honestly thought they were super consumer friendly but they dont do anything for such an obvious scam?

They tell that if someone trades an item they cannot revert back as they cannot point out the trade points to as scammers trade it further how much will they revert

When It comes to getting a refund for games they are really good . I have easily refunded many games which I either didn't like or weren't working on my pc . I bought a game once and the next day it went on sale so they refunded me the money and I bought the game at the discounted price . But that's about it they always seem to have problems if someone steals your skins or steam wallet cash.
