Surge protector recommendation

Having gone through the surge protector comparison / review thread, I'm not completely sure which surge protector to opt for. My work desk is located in a place where there are no power outlets. Being a rented accommodation, I don't have the liberty to add a power outlet, so that is out of the question. I cannot change my work desk location too. As of now, I am making do with a Gold Medal extension box to which I have connected a Belkin surge protector that has 3 plug points. I am not sure if this is good enough in the long run, and would like to change it as soon as possible.

I need to be able to connect the following devices simultaneously:
1. Laptop charger
2. Laser printer
3. Mobile charger
4. JBL Professional 104 speakers

I would also like to run the wire for the spike guard along the bottom corner of the floor, so I will need the wire to be around 4m in length. Are there any decent spike guards that fit my requirements? This one seems to fit the bill perfectly, but is the price right? Please suggest.

Laser printer needs a beefier surge protector . They draw a huge amount of current .

Okay.. I'll try to accomodate it somewhere else.
However, the laser printer is currently connected to my Belkin surge protector. So far, I haven't had any issues. So, have I just been lucky?
If u want something premium and heavy duty...

:( Too much for my use

Get your electrician to install "270v MOV" inside Wall outlet socket - i.e in between incoming connection wire and input of wall socket. ₹20-25 fix + electrician charges.

Honeywell/Belkin is good enough. You should definitely move printer to diff socket.
Been using a Belkin surge protector for around 10 years. Built solid and still looks new. But after a bad earthing issue at home, power spikes became common. My ASUS monitor, laptop charger, and Switch were plugged into it : All three adapters got fried, only my speakers survived.

The Belkin showed no signs of damage, no marks or anything. Guess the internal fuse or circuit gave up after all these years. Still works, but the trust kinda faded. This gotta be the best feature buying Belkin, because you not only get a surge protector but a military grade power strip even if the surge protection failed.

Earthing is now fixed with new copper rods and better wiring drawn across the hou

This is better and a cheaper variant. I have lots of these. There was a 5mtr version too, my order link leads to listing then changes to a diff one. Let me see if I can find it anywhere else

Buy MOV of 3 qty along with extension board that have fuse in it. Soldering MOV in parallel to Phase-Neutral, Phase-Ground, Neutral-Ground. MOV are cost efficient as well.

Here's my suggestion:

First of all, find out how much each of your devices consumes in amps and add it up. Then choose a surge protector that supports more than this.
It's not going to be safe, if your devices consume 9 amps and you have a 6 amp surge protector/power strip.

Also, another method is, buy a good quality voltage stabilizer (which has surge protection built-in) and add a power strip of your choice. The stabilizer will handle all the use cases of surge protector and also give a stable voltage.
