By all means do it. I've had an XPS 1530 for five years now, and I've spent more than 14k on its repair, (non DELL people, total ruthless towards my laptop) and the pain of backup/restore every-time it goes on repair, the downtime during repair (shifting work to another computer, etc, etc,)...

Well, I could not find any overheating issues with it... and somewhere in the review it was mentioned that lenovo has used a larger heatsinks for this one. I think thats okay since Asus has also come-up with N55 series housing the GT 555 chip. And I've seen that one personally, beautiful piece...

Well, to contribute to the thread's title, the Y-570 does not come with Full-HD screen. What good is GT-555m it comes with on a screen with 1366x768 pixels to show? And also, 2.1 jbl of dell xps 15, v/s 2.0 jbl of y570... just my 2 cents.
