Your 24V setup seems fine for the load you mentioned. You may add some more Ah to batteries (like 100ah which costs 2000 more than 150Ah)for longer backup time but usually not needed since you mentioned 2-3 hrs powercut. Amaron tall tubular batteries are good for backup. It lasted me 10+ years...
