Guide The Hunt for the BEST Controller (Hall Effect)

If you don't need to use the controller with an actual Xbox console, you might not need to get a licensed controller (although licensed controllers might include some extra features like impulse triggers that are supported in select titles even on PC). Virtually all current PC controllers...

Cable/dongle options for graphics card's DisplayPort 1.4 output -> 4K 120/144Hz display on TV with HDMI 2.1 input?

Does anyone have experience with the requirement in the title? (The graphics card at hand does not have HDMI 2.1 output, only HDMI 2.0b.) There seem to be a range of cable/dongle products that could handle this, so I thought of first checking with you folks for any potential recommendations, or...

Where can I watch the old hit Hollywood movies and TV shows from 70's to 2000's era (uncensored versions)

https://www.justwatch.com/in indexes the official streaming stuff. Weird, considering how extreme the content is in their own 'originals'. Any chance you might have some parental control like setting on?

Where are the high refresh rate 24 inch 1440p monitors?

Super sampling in games can improve the perceived fidelity by quite a bit, so a 1.5x to 2x 1440p output at 27 inch should look less jarring while being more performant than running 4K. For text work, you might want to hang on to the 4K monitor still (so a dual monitor setup, basically).

Video Suggestion Needed for a 55" 4K UHD LED TV

Current availability on Flipkart is pin code dependent, but the 'HSAtlastradeFashion' seller doesn't inspire confidence. Based on your requirements, it could be worth doing a comparison with the 2024 edition as well/instead, if it can still be found in stock (and the Hisense Q7N too). While...

Video Suggestion Needed for a 55" 4K UHD LED TV

If you can up your budget a little, with the right cards/offers, base line true HDR capability would be within reach with models like Toshiba M650MP and Hisense Q7N. I'd say don't miss out if the price difference seems reasonable enough.

What is the most perfect top tier virtual reality setup for personal use

To me, it did not, but it was something that could be gotten used to. If you have, or can develop 'VR legs', HLA offers a smooth locomotion option to navigate with the analog stick, which is very immersive, but it's a daunting hurdle to overcome if you're prone to motion sickness (some degree of...

Zotac confirms Nvidia’s 32GB RTX 5090 on their website

There were many issues with the tech at launch, but as of today, in my experience, the upscale should pretty much always look better than the source lower resolution. They have definitely extended the viability of older cards. Native 4K also remains brutal with all the bells and whistles...
