11-12hrs of Screen-on time?

Does anyone think if someone has bought their iPhone on EMI, and is selling it now while it is still on EMI. Will the phone be locked if they stop paying EMI? Pretty sure that i remember seeing such a case in this Forum, man that is horror. How do you find out if the iPhones are on a payment plan?

Was browsing a few used iPhone 15 Pro's in my locality on Facebook Marketplace, most of the models i found were associated with Battery Health of 85-91% and priced at/around ₹75,000-₹82,000. Does that sound good to buy? Also i would turn off 120Hz Refresh rate screen anyway, i don't believe...
