Honestly both are good but for future upgrade you might have a better options with intel because its a newer platform. long term in gaming you would have x3d option with amd which is huge

I have used bluetooth headset with fire tv before never had latency issue. Even used tws but i feel like they wont be comfortable after long time so i feel like bluetooth headset is the way to go.

I had bought an xbox one controller in 2019 I think it had developed stick drift 1 month ago. I opened it up and cleaned the sticks with rubbing alcohol and it got fixed rn is running well
