  Tested the GPU, works as expected, the plastic shroud is broken slightly preventing one (of 3) fans to spin . I am still keeping it...

  Received the 6700XT in good packaging; as mentioned by @buzz88 I will need 2-3 days to test as my pc components arent arent ready yet

  UPDATE: IMPORTANT: I mentioned in the top post that HDMI was not working initially. I suspect it was because I had AMD 6700 drivers...
