Unless you port forward on your router, your server(s) will be behind the NAT and thus not exposed to the public internet unless you specifically want to expose them.

Ohh wow! You have a proper homelab set up. Why don't you get a static IP? Then you can port forward certain ports and access them directly. I have static IP and run a mail server which I use to sign up to newsletters.
