Compared to the kinect, the wii just has far more games. I think it's easier to mod as well as someone mentioned. The xbox 360 also does have a softmod now but that isn't really reliable yet and still requires too much time and effort. I don't think a 4 year old kid would really want to play any...

the rx 580 is just an old mining card with rx570 performance. Plus the rx 580 would be something I would consider back in 2019, not in 2025. Can't say much about the 6600m, it would be stuck at 100w tdp and the fans would be a bit annoying depending on the variants with little to no fan control...
