Hi, HP Pavilion dv6-1110ax has AMD processor and DV6-1154TX has Intel Core 2 Duo P8600. dv6-1110ax's AMD processor has 1MB L2 cache, whereas DV6-1154TX has 3 MB L2 Cache. That would make a good difference in performance.:) 1154TX also has 500GB HDD, so If I had been you, I would go for 1154TX...
