I am afraid that there is no neckband with active noise cancellation and quad mic. I am more than glad to be corrected. The perfect device for calls is neckband based, 4 mic to isolate environment noise and active noise cancellation. If anyone knows such a device, kindly adivse.

I have both Suzuki access 125 and Honda Active(Non-125). I have found suzuki to be better in all aspects. But access has a slightly taller seat and hence you should be above 165cm to ride it comfortably. My friends are telling me that TVS Jupitor has better comfort and lower maintenance.

Go for dell optiplex desktops are recycled from the industry. YOu can easily i5-6th Gen, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD based optiplex easily for 20K and should be good enough for entry level development. If you are planning it for android development, go for 16GB RAM.
