^^Aftermarket dial for sure. Case maybe a refurbished one, which has been re plated. But, if you can convince the shopkeeper it's not original and get it for cheap, you could get it, if a homage is fine with you.

Adsl03 is the same size as adsl02,but having 20mm lugs,IIRC. If a modern size is what you need,try for NASL/NASS 03
