i think they push you towards prem help that has number but free help is only through FAQ and chat bot..

its forced necessity, at least for banking transactions.. there should be no enforced need for otp to login.. otp for transaction aproval.. you have to have constant number just for it. therefore you have to keep that number active .. therefore forever charges..
