if priced appropriately, thats not a bad idea. theres a lot of demand and not a lot of cards going around
That series was screwed from the beginning, Nvidia was basically testing the waters with that launch. That's why we have better prices & high demand this time also thanks in small part to competition from AMD finally starting to catch up.maza woh nahi , maza yeh hai k 20 series owners ki bajni band hi nahi ho rahi ,some might be thinking of jumping to 3060 or 3060ti but no ....

Turing architecture is actually good compared to Ampere. 4000 series will be based on Turing with a serious battle upcoming with RDNA 3.****. guess I shoudn't be surprised

We will as long as AMD can stick to RDNA3 2021 targetI dont think we'll be seeing 4000 series for two years minimum given the demand for gaming hardware plus uptick in mining too
2022.We will as long as AMD can stick to RDNA3 2021 target
20212022.
they dont have to , they could directly jump to rdna3 ,maybe launch 6700 cards that's itIt's definitely not coming this year, 6xxx was barely launched a month ago and we are yet to see the whole lineup.
Not like the 6xxx series GPUs were widely available either, they were plagued by the same issues of limited/overpriced stock.
All this news is just to keep the investors happy, Big Navi news/rumors were going around for years before they actually launched.
If you browse newegg/bestbuy/b&h you'll see ridiculous prices for older GPUs, I'm talking about 400$+ even for RX 580s and 1660 supers lol, this situation isn't improving for the foreseeable future and AMD sure as hell isn't going to launch a new generation of GPUs without getting some ROI on 6xxx which will take the entirety of 2021 and possibly 1H of 2022.
I am telling you 2022 to 2022 hi he RDNA3 will be announce of course but real market will be 2022 H1.My guess is it will be 2021 end(Paper launch) just like how it was with RDNA2 as long as COVID situation improves & stays in control. If things take a dark turn, it will be early or mid 2022.
lockdown & WFH 2022 tak hona chahiye , RDNA3 k liye paise jama ho jaayengeI am telling you 2022 to 2022 hi he RDNA3 will be announce of course but real market will be 2022 H1.
Merely to abhi office aajao bote he. Thanks to local trains I am safe at homelockdown & WFH 2022 tak hona chahiye , RDNA3 k liye paise jama ho jaayenge
not actually they are going with chiplet design thats the biggest thing which nvidia is also trying to achieve , the last great amd card was HD4890 dual chips on single cardI think the only reason I am expecting them to launch RDNA3 as early as possible is just due to the lack RT performance & dedicated ML hardware.
Anyways, we are going OT on this thread. So lets take this discussion to the right place.
ITS hopper ,lovelace is a tweak on ampere and rumors are that they are not able to pull off the MCM , so possibilities are there that nvidia will be on the ropes as well and amd would be very much interested to get MCM first with a PCIE 5 and forcefully a 4000 series cpuYes, it will be an exciting year. MCMs (Multi-Chip Module) have a higher yields, more peak compute and would be cheaper to manufacturer by 40%.
Lets just hope all of this reflects better in gaming, content creating and most of all our wallets.
Similarly, Nvidia is trying to work on the same with their lovelace architecture.
