Budget 41-50k What's the ideal price for this preowned CPU?

Here are the specifications:

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (8 cores 16 Threads) upto 4.7 GHz
GPU- MSI RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO 8GB
RAM- XPG D30 16GB (8*2) 3400MHZ Gaming Ram
Motherboard- MPG X570 GAMING PLUS
SSD- Kingston 128 GB Sata SSD
HHD- Seagate 1tb Sata HHD
Cabinet- Cooler Master MB520 Mesh Gaming Cabinet
Psu- GIGABYTE P650B 80 Plus Bronze 650W

The system is 2 years old. I am thinking of paying 45K for this. In addition, I still need to spend 19K on a monitor (27", 1440p) and 5K on a 1TB NVMe SSD. So, the total cost is going to be 69K. Will I be able to buy a new mid-range gaming PC if I spend some more money? What do you guys think?

40k max, otherwise get a new i3-12100f build (only 3060ti used) for 45k easy.

Don't buy the above rig
You can get AM4 5000 series processor along with RTX3060 12GB if you can add some more monies to 69k that you intend to put
Thanks bssunilreddy! Can you give me a CPU build (without monitor) for 60K?

Thanks. But isn't a Ryzen 7 processor more powerful than an i3 processor?
Thanks a lot for this. But this is a little expensive. Can you give me a build for 60K?
Please note that I will be using this with a 1440p monitor and will be used for light gaming (AOE 2 definitive edition, Dirt rally 2.0 etc.).

Ryzen 7 3700x is a good processor for multi treated performance while I3 12100f matches in single thread performance. The generation matters in these processors. 3700x is old while 12100f is relatively new.

What is your budget? Do you need monitor in that budget? What will you use the pc for?

A monitor is not included in 60K. I will be buying that separately. I will be using this PC with a 1440p monitor and it will be used for light gaming (AOE 2 definitive edition, Dirt Rally 2.0, etc.).

Thanks a lot for this. Will the performance of this configuration be better than the preowned PC that I posted?

Yes definitely better than the pre-owned PC that you posted earlier.

Thanks guys for answering all my questions. I am leaning towards i3-12100f. Final two questions: There is a RTX 3070 FE for sale here. Will it work with INTEL CORE I3-12100F and ASUS Prime H610M-E D4 combo? And do I need a CPU cooler?

Thanks Afxal. Will a preowned 3070 be a better choice than the 6650 that you suggested?
You will score a used 3070 for around 23k that is in warranty. 3070>6650xt

Yes, 3070 which itself is much better than 6600/6650XT, would go well with i3-12100F. For CPU Cooler, suggest to first use in-box one. It can always be upgraded later easily.

OK guys! Can you please suggest me a new GPU as I am not able to find a preowned one? My budget is 35K. I am confused between AMD RX 6750 XT and Nvidea RTX 4060 Ti. Which one will you recommend? Does Nvidea's frame generation technology really make a difference?

Have you checked the FB marketplace for used cards? There are so many listed.

If buying new for 35K, 6750XT hands down. You also have AMD Fluid Motion, so frame gen is taken care of.

6750XT is better bang for your buck overall IMO since the 35k budget would only land you a 8gig version of the 4060ti

Also, if you are going for a 3-fan card on a m-ATX board, do check for clearances for your card, especially with where/how the SATA/USB 3.0 ports are placed, etc. Thicc GPUs on some of the budget m-ATX MOBOs can be a recipe for poor/finnicky/less than adequate fitment of some cables.
What about this PSU? https://tlggaming.com/ant-esports-fg650?sort=p.price&order=ASC

It's 650W, 80 plus and gold for only 3.9K. What's the catch?
Don't cheap out on the PSU if you can friend. Refer this PSU Tier List if you get the time or consider some of the options listed in the builds shared by folks in this thread.
