Budget 41-50k What's the ideal price for this preowned CPU?

OK guys, one more question. As part of the new build, I bought this case. https://www.amazon.in/MATREXX-40-3FS-Motherboard-Pre-Installed/dp/B091GNF5GG The issue is, there are two old HDDs that I need to use with my new PC (they contain all my photos and other personal data). How do I mount these HDDs? I don't see a rack inside my case. What are my options?

There's a drive cage inside the PSU compartment, it can house one 3.5" inside and presumably, one on top:

The MATREXX 40 is one of my cases I like more than I should, they're cheap and have nice touches the other budget cases do not.
