Test here and see for yourself first if it's actually an issue. It could be caused by your router/AP as well.
Packet loss on fiber is a rare thing it's mostly due to hardware.

hey, could you please reach out to me? I have alot of doubts, im facing the same problem for a long time, I called airtel up and the technicians came and they couldn't do anything as they did not know what packet loss was, So I'd really appreciate it if you could reach to me

If you have the same issue post here. It's likely I won't be able to help because as mentioned this is an issue with the cable quality and/or hardware.
Posting here would also be beneficial to others.
