Great case at a great price. The only other small ITX for a long time at this price was the SG13, and that's way too outdated now. This is just slightly bigger than that.
Wish they could've at least used some higher gauge sheet though. Everything else looks fab for the price. Make some mods to support extra HDDs / SSDs near the PSU and you have a really good case.

I like that it can be almost fully disassembled as that makes for easier installs which can be a PITA when it comes to SFF.
A little bigger and it would have made a fab M-ATX case. Well, we can dream !
I want ARM CPUs from Intel and AMD so that ultra SFF can become more common! Removing the power draw/constrains even from the CPU will allow more room/thermal capacity for beefy GPUs.
Right now I'm happy with my Node 202, which fits nicely in my Safari Seek 45 with some room to spare. Would like to downsize to a Velka if I'm able to lol.

So I have a Dell SFF 3420 precision tower, does anyone have any idea if i can shift it to another cabinet, so i can maybe increase the power supply, it is currently 180 watts only, can't really attach any gpu to it
Dell uses their own propriety motherboards which includes the front IO. So most SFF cases wouldn't be compatible due to the board being wider by almost 7-8cm. Your chances of finding a somewhat compact case that'll let you use this board without it interfering with anything else is kinda slim. Bigger cases would be fine, but you'd still need to measure and confirm. The screw holes should line up no problem.
I don't know how you'll use the front IO in a new case though, there most likely won't be any connectors for it.
AFAIK the 24 pin motherboard connector would also be missing, so you would need an adapter like this to connect to your new PSU.
Tbh I see the appeal of transplanting a different set of components into the 3420's case, but not the other way round.

The MSI is unfortunately the only AM5 m-ITX board in India with relatively sane pricing. Your options are extremely slim and will require a compromise in one respect or another. But that's just m-ITX in general.
I would like some CPU cooler recommendations!
Currently using Node 202 withMSI B450i motherboard with Ryzen 7 2700. Temps when gaming reach 70C-75C, which on its own is decent, but due to the downdraft, the USB ports are getting hot and sometimes my keyboard / wireless mouse receiver trips up because of it. Right now using the front panel header but under prolonged use it keeps restarting the connection. This doesn't happen when I'm not gaming, so its an issue due to the heat.
I am currently using AMD Wraith Spire cooler with the top AMD LED ring removed and the filters removed. Planning to sand down the plastic rim as its just 1mm too tall for the steel panel and theres little flex in the panel.
My GPU is Galax 3060, however due to the layout of case I don't think its causing any interference with the CPU cooling.
Currently eyeing Thermalright AXP90 53mm, but internet tells me ID-cooling 50x v2/v3 has probably the best cooling for the size, however I see its not available in India. Any CPU cooler suggestions would be welcome.
Budget max 10k, but looking good price to performance. Water cooling might be out of question as the card isn't an ITX plus I will be flying with the case by end of month.

It'll seperate your usb receiver from the warm ports and force the port to operate at USB2 speeds which is more stable, both of those things should help the front and rear ports.

I had Node 202 with Ryzen 3600 and Zotac 3060Ti. Wraith Spire has pretty good cooling but it is few millimeters short. It fits perfectly after removing the LED ring from Wraith Spire, the mesh dust filter which goes under the vents above CPU and sanding down 2-3 mm of plastic from the fan bracket. There is few mm extra plastic on the fan included with wraith spire. Sanding it down doesn't cause any problem. Moreover, it stays flush with the vent so it draws only fresh air from the outside. It runs pretty cool althought I don't remember the temps on 3600, IIRC it used to be 60-70 during gaming. For GPU, I installed 2 x 15mm fans in front of GPU.
Moreover I was thinking of installing 2-3 x 40mm fan on the top, either inside or on the outside (glued to the case by reusable something), to help remove the trapped in heat inside. Four dot cooling has some cheap small fans I was looking at.

I don't think cooling is the problem, exhaust is the main problem IMO. There is no place for the hot air from Spire to go.
