You won't get anything more than 24k max on the Cashify portal. They write "up to" 24k which is indicative of the best case scenario that might or might not be applicable. So you're staring at less than 24k by selling it off to Cashify. You've priced it 7K higher than that here.
Really

Look at the screenshot, mostly have repaired 2nd party screen . My condition is superb . If it won’t sell then i will keep it
You're showing the price at which Cashify sells this smartphone to end users i.e. that 31k. We are talking about the price 'you' can sell it to casify for which is at max 24k. As I said, they write "up to" which doesn't necessarily mean 24k at the end. People always price the used products in the ballpark of the max they may get from an 'exchange' or a sell off to a company like Cashify.

Note that. People avoid selling it to Cashify or exchanging it with Flipkart/Amazon precisely because with these companies, they are more likely to get a lower actual quote at the end than advertised. In one-on-one deals like here on TE, you won't face such issues.

There is one big difference that comes bundled with the Cashify store's sell price that you are showing here. It is the 6 months warranty. Yours has none.

Cashify is selling it at a higher price than what it gets from you/should be selling for because;

1) They run a site and need fund to keep it up.
2) Pay their employees
3) All while offering a 6 month warranty
4) And maintaining physical stores
5) Still make a profit

All valid points above, however CEX pricing is fixed and is overall better for both sellers (since it offers more than Cashify) and buyers (since there's two year warranty instead of six months):

A nice in-between value for both buyers and sellers.

Cool! Never knew about the existence of this site. Where is the two year warranty mentioned btw? I just checked Flipkart and Amazon. The warranty period is mentioned to be one year everywhere.

How is CEX offering double the official warranty? In that case, shouldn't we all prefer CEX over other portals?

The only problem is that CEX has a presence in very limited states, and you have to go to their store for drop-off. No inter-state pick-up services exist with them.
I just looked up the 2 year warranty thing. So that is only limited to potential software issues and nothing else.

I wonder what that means for the battery of the phone though! If it busts after one month, you're going to have to pay for it out of your pocket, right?
