Hi, recieved the honor x9b phone yesterday checked it today since morning all seems to be good but since around 10.30pm the phone screen is not switching on. I can hear the ringtone but nothing seen on the screen not able to swich off or restart the phone. Please help me.

You're better off going to their service center I assume . Make sure you carry the invoice copy with you
 
I did the hard reset for now...I think it is been working satisfactorily after that...hope its just a software glitch..thank you mainak brother for wonderful deal. OP is an awesome guy. Cooperative gentleman. Hope to deal with you soon buddy..feedback shared..please do the vice versa ..
