Not looking to ask buy/sell questions but the "warranty sticker" caught my attention, since mine looks somewhat in similar condition with a slight circle visible.. it this a brand new psu that is never opened and will the condition of the warranty sticker be any issue going forward in case of rma? I guess it's due to the psu being pressed while in package, is this rate or common?

I’m using a thermaltake core p8 which has metal bands to brace the PSU, it’s possible that it caused the grazing. Should any such need arise regarding this I will personally send a video or picture to illustrate this issue should a warranty issue arise. It hasn’t been tampered with or opened.
