Battery life and refresh rate are my main concerns, those should be good other than that:

Ryzen 5600 H
16gb ddr4 Ram
1TB /512 ssd
Rtx 3050 Graphics Card
120 hertz/144 hertz
Should be portable, not too heavy

Budget: 65000 rupees

Which one will be better, need it more for college stuff (90%) and gaming (10%)

Which one will be better?

Is it good laptop for students and is there way to disable the 3050 when not in use? What is battery life i could expect while doing web browsing, ms office, YouTube?

Unfortunately good battery life and high refresh rate don't go hand in hand and model you posted has only 50whr of battery life which is way to low and it will probably be drained within 3-5 hours of usage at max depending on usage. I think you should go for one like this:

Even though it is a bit over the budget even with bank offers it is small light and the 7000 series ryzen processors are much more efficient in gaming and 780M graphics are also pretty good for 1080p 40 fps gaming. Also here you get a much better screen much better ram and also double the storage and not to mention a much more powerful processor and a bigger battery

I don't think this one is possible, gaming is not a priority at all, it's just that battery should be good, is this best in this budget Or there are better options

This laptop is strictly educational use and 15 inch screen is required

Please elaborate what 'college stuff' means? Is this for coding or is it for rendering (cad etc) or it is for simple note taking/reading/ppt etc? If you are looking for solid battery life, 5600H is not the answer. Latest Intel Core powered laptops have insane battery life that goes above 10 hours for casual use.

Check the new Meteor Lake laptops (Core Ultra 5 125H or 135H) that come with serious battery life and are very good performance laptops. If you can extend to 80k, check this one (modify to have 120Hz display and 76Wh battery). Decide if you want to spend a bit more for 32GB memory as the memory is soldered and it comes with 16GB. You get terrific battery life, 120hz display, very good performance.

If you are only going to be doing college stuff than I don't think you really need a high refresh rate display 60hz should be plenty fine and also what do you mean by educational use, what does that comprise of?
