Monitors Need help with buying monitor and arm

Primary use: coding, movies, I don't game per se but thinking of getting the F1 game, though by my little knowledge I don't think it requires a lot of high end resolution.
Primary laptop: Macbook M3. Also an HP Pavilion laptop but rarely used.
The monitors I have shortlisted till now:
haven't really looked at monitor arms yet
My requirements while I was searching:
- need QHD or above because FHD does not look good with Macbook (tried it out in person with various models, so this is a non-negotiable factor)
- 24in because my table is a bit small to accommodate 2 laptops and a monitor, but this is not a hard requirement
- need monitor arm because most probably I will arrange the monitor above my laptop, and the inbuilt height adjustment isn't enough

Please help with me reviews of the above if you/someone you know have used, and also alternatives if you know of something better in similar price range (monitor and arm combined should be <= 20k)

Just buy one from Rife India Build quality is like tank based on monitor. I am using one for my 32 inch monitor and its really good. also have another one for 27 inch monitor from some other brand. not up to the mark but its some what ok for a 27 inch monitor.

yes. for monitors their are way to many options available. and I might not be right guy to suggest it. 2k 24inch is not possible has much i know. at least 27 inch required for 2k. also USB C for macbook connection if not mandatory then you might have to go for connector or docker for the same. 1k to 2k for connector works good on macbook and normal HDMI version monitor so this might help in not limiting on monitor range. I prefer LG for gaming monitor. BenQ for other has it will give you usb c connection has well.

thanks. fortunately my macbook has hdmi port so I don't have to worry about dock/connector.
2k 24inch is not possible

i found 4 options in total with this config, the first link I've attached is the one I liked. i would ofc prefer a 27in one but I don't know if my table will be able to accommodate it. the 2nd option (MSI) is actually present in my office and pretty good hence shortlisted it.

LG monitor If you need a 24" monitor, LG has one that is slightly cheaper. Its the similar specs as the Lenovo and specifically mentions Freesync which is useful for whenever you do game. Both options are IPS which is nice but 75hz which is not great for 15-16k.
The link to the MSI model is showing me 27", not 24" for 1440p resolution, IPS but 75hz for 17k
Cooler Master monitor for 12K this is a 27" 1440p 100hz VA (layman terms, not as good as IPS but good for daily use. Nicer for watching movies on)
Acer Monitor for 16k that is 27" 1440p 144hz IPS. This is what I suggest you buy. Having a high refresh rate is not a need, but its a nice creature comfort. Since the price difference is so small, I would suggest you do go for it.

For monitor arm, buy one from rife or jin office. I have heard of good things about rife from others, and from my own research, I have narrowed down to jin office when I do intend to buy down the line. I don't physically owned either, so cant vouch. Only thing is check the weight of the monitor on your spec sheet, multiply that by 1.2x and compare that to the rated weight of the monitor arm. Doesn't hurt to go a little bit overkill.

Thanks for the detailed answer and the other options. Yes the Lenovo one is 24 but the MSI one is 27, I added it because I've personally used it in office and I like it, but I'm not sure if any 27 monitor will fit in my table.
I also found this Samsung one which is QHD 24 inch, and I'm thinking of going with this.
Refresh rate is not really a factor for me, I don't play games that require good refresh rates.
Initially i had found Lenovo and LG having QHD in 24 inch options, preferred Lenovo because of better reputation. But now that I found a Samsung with my necessary specs, I'm inclined towards it because Samsung makes better screens.

Its a good option. You can definitely go for the Samsung.
Think of higher refresh rate as getting a nicer car. Its not needed, but if you can get it, its a nice to have. Even for general desktop use, not just gaming. When I upgraded to a 144hz monitor, I didn't think I noticed a difference at all. After a couple of months, when I was using a 60hz screen just on desktop and browser, it felt like it was jittery. Only then did I feel the difference going back to my 144hz panel.
Oh and I have placed the order for the jin office monitor arm and getting it tomorrow. I'll let you know my thoughts on it if you are interested.

By the way, the monitor arm i got, jin office, it seems pretty good.
Ordered from their site directly and it got to me in 4 days. I'd called for a refurbished unit but other than the outer box, it seemed brand new. Instructions for mounting to your table were decent enough to understand though you'd want your own ph2 screw driver. They provide one in the box, but it was a part of the Allen key which made it uncomfortable to use but can be done.
Once set and tightened, it holds position well. The material is mostly plastic cover plates but feels good. Not cheap and flimsy. Cable management is decent but instructions felt incomplete for that. Had to figure it out.
The metal parts seem thick and sturdy. They supply two types of screws in labelled pouches, one of which fit my monitors. Everything is black but those screws are silver which makes it stand out a lot. Doesn't matter if the back of the monitor faces the wall, but is visible in my case. Will spray paint them sometime in the future.
Managed to do the installation alone including installing the monitors.
I used the through-hole mounting mechanisim (other being table side mount for which parts are included in the box)
It comes with a wing but which I hand tightened as much as I could but when moving the monitors, the base tends to turn.
Overall, happy with the purchase. Can recommend the jin office monitor mount.

cool, congrats to you too. I think I won't be needing an arm yet. I want a vertical setup (Monitor above laptop below extended display), and by the looks from the images, I think the height adjustment will be enough. But if it's not, I have the suggestions for arm.
 
monitor arrived today, pretty happy with first impressions. height adjustment is actually more than enough for me, has an eye saver mode and but feeling some strain, have to tinker around with the settings to see what suits me best. as common with 2k monitors and macbooks, the highest resolution was making the font too small, so used BetterDisplay app to change the resolution to 1080p while maintaining crispness. overall very happy with the purchase.
