CPU/Mobo Unable to use XMP with Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2

I recently bought a Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2. I have Corsair Vengence DDR4 (which has XMP).

Even if enabled in BIOS, the XMP settings just wont show up.

I'm not the only one facing this issue. See
Success with running xmp 3200mhz ram with b450m ds3h
Thats with a a older version of the mobo and 5 years ago.
Two BIOS settings mentioned in that thread are not modifiable with my mobo & BIOS.

I flashed two BIOS including the latest. No luck.

Has anyone got a solution?

EDIT:
Manually I can get upto 2733MHz (16-20-20-38 1T) even with 1.20V. Anything above that results in BIOS beeps. even with 1.35V.

If I cannot find a way to use XMP I'll settle for 2666MHz at 1.20V.

XMP support for Ryzen has more to do with the processor than the motherboard — what processor are you using with this motherboard? Do you have 2 sticks or 4 sticks of ram?

Ryzen 3 2200G.

4 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance..

Ya, you could be right, R3 2200G specs say "System Memory Specification Up to 2933MT/s"

Learn something new everyday, LOL.
Also I just learned that if you have four memory slots and two ram sticks it is better to use the slots away from the processor.
Why two modules are better than four / single vs. dual-rank

For my mobo :

EDIT : Even if I manually set the memory to run at 2T, CPU=Z reports it running at 1T. (at 2666MHz)
