I recently got the One Plus Wireless Z2 BT neckband. My Samsung phone cannot detect the device but another phone (Moto) could. The BT neckband just doesn't appear on the scanned devices.
I've tried doing it multiple times and still doesn't work. My Samsung phone has no issue detecting other BT devices.
What could be the problem?
PS: How I wish these neckbands had a small switch on/off toggle button instead of this stupid long press short press button. Sometimes I don't know if I did it right. Really inconvenient.
