Laptops Colorful service in India?

Hey everyone,

I was planning on buying a laptop and was considering getting one from Colorful (This post: https://techenclave.com/threads/colorful-or-gigabyte-for-laptop.222266/). It has a 2 year warranty, so I was wondering if anyone has any previous experience with using GPUs or Mobos from Colorful and their warranty process.

I don't know if that's still the case but Rashi manages the RMA for colorful.

Edit: It's Rashi Peripherals ie RP Tech got it.

Yep, its RP tech. I had RMA'd a gpu with them at the start of the year.

RP Tech handles their RMA.
I got one of my RTX 3060 RMAed in December, they gave me a new GPU within 10 days.

Thanks guys, I'll contact them once and confirm their coverage and process for laptops, because some people said that warranties on the laptops was being handled by Flipkart itself, no clue how.

Really appreciate your inputs.
