Right
My primary router is a tp link Archer c80 (to save hassle I had cloned the mac of my previous router in c80) the connection from the ont device comes straight into this router..
My secondary router is Archer C7 (connected to c80 through one of its lan port) , It is primarily used for my audio streaming.. My ext hdd is connected to it via USB port and my pc is also connected to it via lan.. All the rest of the devices like firesticks, chromecast, echo devices, Google spewkers, phones, laptops, tablets etc are largely connected to c80 owing to better location of it..
So around 3 months back I asked my isp to double my broadband speed..
Strangely the double speed is only available via lan or wifi from the Secondary router only..
When using wifi or lan from the c80 (the primary router) it still gives half the speed (that I originally had), as far as I know c80 has Gigabit ports for lan
(I have checked this by disabling wifi on all other devices connected to c80 or C7)
