My aunt will be buying a new phone in the coming sales to upgrade from her 6 year old Moto E4 Plus which is dying. Her budget is 10k max (lower the better).

The below things are very much required by her:

1. Call recording without announcement
2. 128 GB storage with a loud enough loudspeaker

Please suggest a such a phone. I would have gone with any motorola phone if they offered without announcement call recording facility (is it possible with the help of any third party app though?). Otherwise she will have to settle with Samsung , but which one I'm not sure.

Thanks. But I think one still needs to hit that recording button manually. What she needs is automatic recording feature. Sorry i should have been clear in my op.
Samsung phones support automatic recording right?

Even other phones support auto recording, just that it gives an announcement.

Look at Samsung M15/F15 5G, should suffice. Avoid 4GB RAM variant.

I think OP wants a Device that DOES NOT give out an audio announcement that the call is being recorded.
That could be a little difficult. It is because smartphone manufacturers are increasingly relying on Google Dialer, which has voice announcement about call recording.
It appears ONLY Samsung smartphones do not announce the call is being recorded. Hence, within the budget mentioned, the Samsung M14 5G/ M15 / F15 5G are good choices.

Or you can use respective brands dialers from apkmirror.com
