Which fitness band to get near 7.5k

Hello, I need recommendations for good fitness band around and under 7.5k.
Features required: accurate step and running tracking
Accurate heart rate sensor and calories burned tracking.
Decent sleep tracking.

I am skeptical towards fitbit as they don't have service in India and I don't know how to get mi band 9 in India otherwise I would have bought it.

I've read fitbit is accurate. You will have to forget service if you want accurate

I am skeptical about how accurate galaxy fit 3 is.
This guy does neat detailed reviews on these smart watches and bands.

So I have been looking up Galaxy fit3 and even ordered one. But then I went to the subreddit for galaxy fit and every 3rd 4th post is people complaining about it failing to sync all data and some even said it lost sleep tracking accuracy in 2 months. :( i canceled the order

Some reviews mention fitbit fails physically very often, people often having to claim warranty multiple times. Assuming no warranty in India, fitbit goes out the window too :/

It is accurate enough for the price. Sleep tracking is not super accurate on even top end smartwatches. If you want significantly better accuracy than Fit3, unfortunately the only options are Pixel Watch or Apple Watch.

The problem is with it not syncing data with sasmsung health app correctly. Often leaving some metrics. The watch records them correctly but there seems to be some bug with either watch's software or samsung health app.

I got a Fitbit Inspire 3 about 2-3 months ago and have been quite content with it. Fitbit excels in sleep tracking. Steps are overcounted, but it doesn't matter if you are only looking for relative comparison between days. The other use I have for it is for call and OTP notifications.I wear it on my dominant hand as I like to wear an actual watch on my non-dominant hand when outside, which was not possible when I had an Apple watch previously. The best part is that I charge it for less than an hour every Sunday and it has about 30-40% battery life left.

I see someone posted a link to the Quantified Scientist and if you check the overall chart, Samsung has always been one of the worst in terms of tracking and also doesn't work quite so well with non-Galaxy devices. The only reason to wear a Samsung device is for its smart features as otherwise it is quite pointless based on my experience of 2 Samsung wearables in the past.

Whatever i have watched about galaxy fit 3 agrees with you I could perhaps get an inspire 3 but the reliability issues where people say they have had to get it replaced 2-3 times in a year scare me.

Most of the posts I came across were for Charge 5 & 6 and the issues occurred within months, which is the reason I opted for the Inspire. The Inspire 3 is over 2 years old now and I haven't seen the Fitbit forums with complaints on the Inspire 3, unlike the Charge 5 & 6. However, better to do your own research.

Thanks for elaborating sirji. I am now heavily leaning towards inspire 3.
Does it have a great heart rate sensor?

I hadn't checked the Quantified Scientist review before, but since it exists, would recommend the same to answer all your queries. However, you need to keep in mind it is from a fitness freak perspective.

For a general tracker it is quite good and compares well with other trackers for its size, with Apple always being a class apart.

Sorry for the late reply I got a fitbit inspire 3. It ran for 9 days from 100 to 20 percent on first charge.
Very, very lightweight and the vibrations it has are subtle but strong enough to get your attention.

The band immediately vibrates and starts an activity, be it walk or running. I have recorded my workouts too using it but those I started manually will check if it detects workouts too automatically. The band doesn't have gps so I take my phone with me on my runs, which isn't that big of a deal. The sensors seem accurate enough, there is no hitch in synching data from band to phone.

There is a lack of watchfaces but the screen isn't big enough for this to matter anyway. Infact sometimes I forget I am wearing it and just go through my day and then check the statistics at night.

So far, so good, hopefully I will be able to use it for few years.
