WTB 2 Risers that are known to work

I want to but 2 riser cards that are known to have worked. I tried 6 risers but none of them worked.

Yes i bought 4 of them from SP road bangalore, and two of them from Amazon. they were all new

The system freezes when i use those risers, i have two of them which work (bought previously) and the system does not hang with those

From my mining days if I remember correctly.. u need to set the virtual memory in windows more than 20gb if you plan on using more than 4 gpu's or something like that.

its been awhile.. so the numbers might have changed but u get the jist right? set the virtual memory in windows to 4-5-6x of whatever it's set right now in windows.
 
I'm actually using Ubuntu. For machine learning purposes.

I got a pcie extension cable from a fellow member and the system seems to be working fine now, except for crashes after 6 hours of system being turned on. So yeah I'm still debugging that.
