how do i know? welp its easy to know
cant send messeges in any forum? cant even pm anyone? cant contact any mod about it?

i read some post where mod was saying you will need to get verified to get some status which will allow me to send messeges!

all mods in the town i am serious about purchasing some "things" and hereby am posting a proof for the same

Not to be pedantic, but those are INR 100 notes (a few INR 500 notes in the box) I think he can buy just the 30, to buy the rest of the 90 he should add a few packets of cocaine in the picture for brevity. /s
