Laptops WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

I have a old Samsung laptop with I3 3rd gen and 8GB ram. Have recently installed SSD.
For past few days the laptop is giving WHEA UNCORRECTABLE Error with BSOD.
The CPU temperature is in range of 60-80 celcius and I did memory check which showed no error.
What could be the possible issue and shall I replace the laptop or continue using?

Drivers could be too old to be properly compatible with Windows 10/11's latest versions or actual failing hardware.
I think it's time to give it a rest and buy a modern platform. It's over a decade old now.

Thank you for the suggestions. Cleaning and repasting was done last year at a local repair shop. Not sure if he did it correctly or used less than required thermal paste.

Yes, this is what I found online as well but not sure which of them is failing.
Well let's try identifying it by elimination.

Run Crystaldiskinfo/Victoria on the SSD by putting it in a different PC either via USB enclosure or direct SATA.

Run memtest86 via Bootable USB to find out whether it's the memory that's the problem.

With both of these normal, we would have to come to the conclusion that the CPU has given up.

Will crystaldiskinfo not give the proper reason on the same laptop with ssd installed? Currently do not have any other laptop to verify.
