41-50k PC for Office Use

Hi! I am looking to buy a PC for office work. I want to keep it for at least 5-7 yrs.

Budget
40k. Can stretch to 50k if needed.

Intended use
Office work / Youtube / Browsing

Components
CPU - Intel 12400 or AMD 8600G (12k / 17k)
Motherboard - Please suggest (10k - 15k)
GPU - Integrated
RAM - 2x 8 GB (4k)
PSU - Corsair CX 650 (5k)
Case - Please suggest, good airflow case (3k - 4k)

So roughly about 40k for the Intel build, 45k if AMD.

2 queries:
1) Since I will be using the integrated GPU, does it make sense to go for 8600G over 12400? Does it make difference for office work?
2) Does it make sense to go for 14100 over 12400?

Thanks a lot for your help!

The plus point with AMD is their platform Life. AM5 (and even AM4) has a much longer upgrade path. Given it's just for office use, I would happily pay 10k extra for AMD just for the service life. Performance vise you wouldn't notice much of a difference given your use case.
