Budget 51-70k Victus 15 portable replacement

i have a victus 15, 5600h, rtx3050.its 1.3 yr used, i have a offer to sell it to 40k. i want to sell it and get a light weight alternative with better battery, light weight, type c charging and equal cpu performance. I'm not gaming much, so i can compromise on the graphics.Im a flutter developer, so i use android studio .Options i have in mind are 8gb 512gb ssd m1 air, thinkbook g7. Is this a stupid move?i prefer not to pay much from my hand
 
I think M1 might be a good choice especially battery and how cool it runs for the performance it gives. But, I would go for 16GB 256GB instead of 8GB 512GB if you can get it. It is possible to add storage although clumsily but not RAM.

I meant to say that the latest gen is the 14th gen which makes 5th gen 8 generation before. I feel you should go for HP Pavilion 14. It has a i5 12th Gen with 10 cores. I5 has a better single core performance to help you with flutter. It has 16gb ram and 512gb storage which should be great. It costs about 60k. M1 is no comparison to i5 12th Gen when it comes to multiform performances if you need. It is far more value for your money.
