Budget 90k+ What will be the equivalent Nvidia/Intel config for this AM5 build specs?

Am still learning things for my first PC build, so please bear with me if the questions are naive. Some friends recommend me to go Team Red fully but I also want to check equivalent specs for Nvidia/Intel compared to this AM5 build they suggested in order to weigh in my budget to performance factors. I am targeting 4k 120FPS on my OLED LG TV and primarily playing single player and FPS games. Already have a PS5 for any other AAA games that I want to play on.

AM5 build - https://pcpricetracker.in/b/s/d9223945-ca0a-4c50-b91b-25956d4aa99d

Few things I wanted to understand are
1)Can Mobo be the same if I choose Intel/Nvidia over this AM5 motherboard ?
2)Does it have to be DDR5 for Nvidia as well comparatively?
3)Do we need another CPU cooler if we have a processor like Amd Ryzen 5 7600 as it comes with a cooler ? Any such in Intel processor which can go with Nvidia ?

Please do suggest the Nvidia build for an upgrade path even after 3-4 years. Thanks

I wouldn't mind but it'll be easy for an upgrade path in future and compatibility wise , is it not?
Nothing of the sort, compatibility won't be affected, in any way.

Coming to your build, the 7900GRE is a great 1440p card (4k with reduced settings).

You don't need to go Nvidia, if you don't need specific features, such as Ray Tracing.

Keeping the Ray tracing feature aside, what else would I miss if I dont go for Nvidia ? I need more options other than our pre-discussed AM5 build keeping budget in mind. Like wit Intel /Nvidia build as well what am getting into (or not )

You will be missing out on productivity features. Amd cards lack Cuda, which gives Nvidia an edge in lot of softwares for 3D modelling, editing etc. basically, Nvidia is better for everything other than gaming when talking about similar class gpus.

Well, my PC purpose is only for gaming and browsing and merely watching movies , thats it.

First thing, your Am5 build needs changes, the motherboards isn't good, also a better power supply is needed. And the stock cooler isn't really enough for Indian summer unless you live in some hilly place. Also some other changes

I would recommend something like this, although a bit costlier. But it's better to cost more than having a bad system.

Can you elaborate this question. What do you mean exactly.
2)Does it have to be DDR5 for Nvidia as well comparatively?
Generally the gpu doesn't care about which type of ram it is. You can use the Nvidia cards in systems which have either ddr4 or ddr5. It doesn't matter

As I said for 7600, same for intel as well. Some intel cpus come with coolers but It's better to get a decent cooler, the stock cooler which comes with the cpus aren't enough for Indian summers

Also, I don't understand why you can't go with AMD + Nvidia
There's no affect on compatibility

Nothing like I dont want to build that way, may be only minor and subtle advantages of pairing a AMD CPU, GPU as a combo.
What is your budget
My budget is around 95K+ but by build is going till 1.1-1.3 for slightly better components that everyone are suggesting.
