Don't order .Awful site. I ordered a toy from their side on 13th of August. A week passed I didn't recieve it. They only have me an order receipt which said I had booked the figure. On the 2nd week I called their Delhi warehouse house no. Which was unresponsive. I mailed that very day and mentioned the entire situation. A few hours later a guy with the name of king shallar mailed back, idk who he is, said sorry for the delay we'll get back to you. Days passed I mailed them again I was disgusted by their irresponsible behaviour. Is it my duty as a customer to overly mail and remind? Days later I mailed the guy named king shallar , I said that I hope they've the least bit of humanity to be responsible, then he mailed me the url of the order tracking, that too which said exception of order. Today a guy called me and said that "it's Out of stock" how utterly ridiculous is that? You keep your customers waiting for this? Plus he said you can raise your budget and some other toys. Who the hell are you to tell me and why should I do that? " We have plushies sir, you can raise your budget, I can send you pics for other toys" Dude just cut the crap and say you are incapable of providing good service. You're a total sham in the name of a website. People if you don't wish to waste your valuable time, order things from elsewhere. Rest is upto you. Worst experience.
Just to clarify: King shallar is Tanveer singh probably the owner or something. I don't have anything personal against him.
