Anybody who can help me regarding buying 12400 processor and gigabyte b760m ds3h ax ddr4 mobo on EMI.
So that I will pay monthly 3k until everything's paid.

Or should I go with AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D & MSI B550M Pro VDH Wifi or Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC instead of Intel i5 2400 & Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX?
1. Which option of proccessor and motherboard is best under 30k?
2. Which AMD motherboard is best since I need onboard wifi?

30k why not Ryzen 7600 and MSI b650m gaming wifi. U have not mentioned the purpose of PC?

If I go with AM5 I need to buy CPU, RAM and Mobo which will cost me 40k and I dont have the budget.
Since I have DDR4 RAM from my previous built I just need to change the mobo and processor and extend to another 3 years of gaming.

Why will adding RAM makes it 40k? Get 16 gb stick and expand later, sell your existing rams, total will come to 32 or 33k only. When you are adding 30k for CPU+mobo, please don't think but go for the latest. I would never upgrade on ddr4 in this time.

Since you are already changing 2 major components, I will also suggest getting AM5 .
You can sell your current RAM and get the new DDR5.(16GB) to start with and then upgrade to 32GB or more as per your requirements in future.

i will suggest 7600x if price difference is not much compared to 7600

I am not using EMI anymore borrowed money from cousin.

Initially I thought of the below config to save money so that I can sell my present GPU and buy any 1440p capable GPU with the saved money since I only have 30k as my budget. The below items comes for 23k

The AM5 platform has a clear upgradable path for the processor in the future. The component prices are higher being a relatively newer platform. The performance difference between the lower costing 7600 and 7600x is less than 5 percent which is hardly noticeable and can be attained using PBO.

The below items comes for 23k
While Alder Lake is stable, priced moderately and performs well the platform is a dead end with no upgradeable path for LGA 1700 although there are 13th and 14th gen Raptor Lake processors.

The 5700X3D is last best processor for gaming in AM4 platform.

I believe you can go with this instead of intel because new gen intel cpus are unstable and with ryzen you save some money for a better gpu instead of going am5 route. IMO the whole upgradable path selling point is bs to me because again I have to sell the old parts fro good price. Its better to buy the best value products and upgrade completely years after. For example the entry level am4 boards will not able to run the 5700x3d or 5900x today wtihtout thermal throttling. You pay a huge premium just for future proofing.

Your comparison of 5700x3d vs 12400 is not justified. Perhaps compare 5600 with 12400f for similar performance and then compare the price.

Which one is better in terms pf performance and logetivity. I prefer not to upgrade for the next 4-5 years.
I will be adding a series 40 nvidia gpu later next year when prices come down.

Honestly, no point buying a new AM4 rig at that price point. For longevitiy, the B650 mobo you selected is good because of the 3rd M.2 slot & better VRM. I doubt gamers need more than 32GB RAM anytime soon, maybe another decade before we start hitting 32GB.
 
You mentioned getting 40 series Nvidia GPU later. But which one? Bear in mind when the 50 series gets announced, there will be a a huge uptick in 40 series prices because dealers will continue hoarding them. It happened when I got my 30 series card.
More importantly, let's assume you will get one. Which one are you targeting? 4060? 4060Ti? 4070?
If you're looking for the cheapest way out, get a used i5-11400f. 32 GB Ram and 4060 or above. You'll be set for at least the next 2 years.

If you're not looking at eeking out every single frame from your game, the Intel 10400f and 11400f are absolute beasts for the price and gaming performance per watt.
The only downside is that you'll be locked to a PCIe 3.0 bandwidth since the boards supporting 10 and 11 series don't have 4.0 support afaik. Consequently, your SSDs will max out to 3000MB/s speeds.

You get better options with what your 1st post mentioned with i5 12400 and whatever board you want to get with it. You'll get the CPU and MOBO combo for less than 20k brand new. And unless you're playing at 4k Ultra settings, I doubt these CPUs will bottleneck any card below Nvidia xx80 or equivalent.

On the other hand, if you want a stable upgrade path and an eventual high end card added to your system, absolutely go with the 7600 or 7600X and combination board/RAM.

4K gaming is not CPU intensive, it is GPU intensive.

I use an i5 12400 with 7900GRE, sure there's some CPU bottleneck but not visible in most games unless I'm well above 100fps (doesn't matter the resolution), like in CoD BO6 I am stuck at 130fps vs 170fps+ possible with my GPU (but 130fps is still great). Then there are poorly optimised games where even around 60-70fps, something like a 9800X3D will give me a good bump up in avg & 1% low fps.
