Hey all, is anyone interested in buying a Duolingo family plan? It’s 1799/yr and can be split amongst up to 6 people.

I think it’s great if you’re learning new languages like me because it lets you skip all ads that you get after each exercise.

Even between two people the family plan is worth it, because the individual plan is 1379/yr

Okay, so sorry about this. I got the 12 month plan that's shown here, because it's listed below the family plan, so I thought this must be the 12-month version of the family plan (right?). But turns out it's not the family plan, it's the individual plan (wtf?). Now I'm stuck with the individual plan's 14 day free trail, so either somebody else can take initiative and get the family plan, or we'll have to wait for 14 days until my free trial period is over (I've already cancelled it, btw).

If somebody else is taking initiative, please be careful when choosing the plans. It's confusing. Also please check and let us know if you can pay for the family plan for the whole year upfront instead of month-by-month, as I'm not sure if this option is available. Upfront payment will will be easier to manage than paying monthly. So who's taking initiative?

Hey all, my free trial just got over today, who is still up for the family plan? We have 6 people here, so split among 6 that’s Rs.300 for the whole year.

Please let me know, thanks!

I am still up. You should reach out to members who were interested earlier. I would have done the family plan thing when you got stuck with the trial, but I missed this thread.

OT don't know if I should start a new thread or ask here so : I have 2 Goals, To learn UK English accent and improve my normal voice don't know how to say this but the way I speak, and even my videos is like I'm reading a book no personality and all.
What app should I use to make my voice sound warm/charismatic and also learn English accent.
I haven't tried anything yet btw other than speaking in front of a mirror.

Hey everyone,

Couldn't find time yesterday, sorry, but I've just bought the family plan.

I'll DM @rocking @solo_wing @roadrash99 @gamingstill and @Simarpreet Singh. I'll send you my UPI ID, please pay me Rs. 300 via UPI. Then, I'll send you my Duolingo profile, please add me as a friend, I'll follow you back and then I can add you as a member in the family.

Request you to make the payment by Tuesday night, hope that's alright.

@NikhilSingh25 @The Pain @?dOuBtFiRe? who posted in this thread, @tomemmanuel and @samiryadav who DM'd me about this, and anyone else who's interested, you can form a second group, coordinate amongst youselves and purchase the plan. There's 5 people already. But I'd suggest you all wait for a while, because just in case somebody drops last-minute from our group you can join us.
