Completed Silent Hill 2 Remake (PC).

An utterly fantastic remake of a classic more than 2 decades later . A must play for horror game fans! The atmosphere and tension is amped even further by top notch audio in the game. Kudos to Bloober Team for putting out this gem!
 
Started Ghost of Tsushima on PC since it was in my backlog. This game has some extremely bright lighting during the day and equally crushing darkness at night time, specially indoors. This stark contrast gave me headaches. I tried playing around with the brightness settings, disabled bloom (I usually always disable it in games), downloaded a Re-shade Mod for the game and tried it but all of that still didn't make the game agree with my eyes. I ended up getting headaches after playing for a while. Killed the enjoyment.

Instead started with Red Dead Redemption 1 on PC.

Started playing GTA online from Monday with some new friends and man I'm loving everything , The setup, Heists, Races, Deathmatches. But the let down is I can't even use a simple Reshade Mod and even after everything maxed out the game doesn't look like anything compared to my modded offline mode.
 
I just finished Yakuza: Like a Dragon. What a ride! This was my first Yakuza game, and my overall sentiment is positive. I’ve always been into story-rich games and LAD’s story/character relationships (including substories) got me hooked and is one of the main reasons for my positive rating. I purchased this impulsively and didn’t even look at the specific gameplay of LAD, so while I was expecting a brawler, I got turn-based combat. It was a little disappointing initially since I wanted something similar to Sleeping Dogs (one of my favourite games), but I gradually began liking it. I loved the game until I reached a certain chapter with a difficulty spike that made it very clear that I had to grind, and I wasn't fond of that. It feels like an absolute chore. I cleared it quite easily after an hour or two of grinding, but I disliked the grind so much that I googled what was in store for me, and ended up grinding again before other tricky chapters as well. But overall, during most of my ~91 hours of gameplay, I had a lot of fun. I want to get into Yakuza games from the beginning (that are brawlers) but I’ll wait for a sale since the prices seem too high right now.

Meanwhile, I have the option of starting a few games I own and I currently have no idea what to pick. I don’t want something intense as of now, just something where I could sit back, kind of relax and play. The games include:

RDR2
Disco Elysium
Batman: Arkham Collection (Technically 3 games)
Terraria
Blasphemous
Witcher 3
Middle Earth: Shadow of War
Shadow of the Tomb Raider: DE
DBZ: Kakarot

Sadly, there are still other unplayed games but these are currently the top contenders. Suggestions are welcome!

I am playing RDR2, its pretty good but much slower vs gta. Certainly can relax and play it and its meant to be a played slowly. Lots of details in open world.
Both middle earth games are super fun.
W3 is probably the best rpg ever, certainly best that i have played. Both dlcs are very good too. W2 is also very very good and has great story, perfect intro and perfect ending.

With so many free games given every week, unplayed games will always be there. I just consider it as a library and play whatever i feel like next. So many options.

If you have friends that might be into minecraft like games, then Terraria will be one of the greatest games you'll ever play (it was certainly the case for me). The exploration, boss fights and sheer enjoyment of finding something new makes this game a blast with friends. I highly recommend it.

Witcher 3, as @Tracer_Bullet said is definitely one of the best RPGs ever made. Its a ride from start to end, and will keep you glued to your screen throughout. Its not exactly a laid back game though, but a thought provoking one for sure.

RDR2 is the one I would pick, if I wanted to relax with a single player game. Even now after completing it, I still go back from time to time to experience the calmness and the serenity in its exploration.

Playing something with friends would've been a blast but finding a common time slot these days is very difficult, if not impossible. So solo it is.

I was going through the free games from Prime Gaming and ended up starting Moonlighter. I love it so far and it'll probably take 15-20 hours to beat. I'll probably play RDR2 after that.

If you have enjoyed WITCHER 3 , then as a fellow gamer I would highly recommend CYBERPUNK 2077. I had this game for a long time but recently completed it. The the ambience, the graphics and the overall gameplay is awesome. As expected from a CDPR , the story is a on a whole new level.

I completed one playthrough with one ending and then proceeded with playing from a crucial gameplay point with another choices. And to be honest, both of the ending were quite depressing.I seriously feel that this game is indeed meant for a mature audience. Most youngsters won't like this, as the game has several thought provoking instances around the dystopian world.

The DLC(phantom liberty) is even better. And it's soundtrack is one of the best, that I still have on my playlist.
 
Recently completed God of War Ragnarök. Highly recommended! Had played GoW 2018 and was eagerly waiting for the PC version of Ragnarök, did not disappoint. The Berserkers and Gna were a nice challenge! I gave up on the Valkyries in the last version, but I guess with time spent in that game and this one, I have improved my combat skills somewhat.

Next, started playing Mafia: DE. Story is pretty bland so far imo, but it looks pretty short so will finish it and reserve judgement till then.
